I cherished my Rum For All glass that I’ve used consistently for the last 4 or 5 years until I broke it in the sink. Gutted, I immediately ordered a replacement and was disappointed that the pirate logo washed off after one wash in the dishwasher. I sent an email to Flow Barware who responded immediately. A couple of pictures sent and they suggested that the glass I had had somehow missed the kiln process. A replacement was dispatched immediately and that one has proven to be a great replacement for my broken one. Well done Flow Barware for some superb customer service and superb product.
