MOJITO
50ml White Rum
100ml Soda Water
2tsp Caster Sugar
2 Lime Wedge
10 Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
Add sugar and lime wedges together to the cocktail measuring glass. Use a muddler to press down on the lime and sugar extracting all the flavour & aroma.
Add the Mint leaves and Muddle a little more into the lime and sugar, Add crushed ice, White Rum & Soda Water, Stir the mixture thoroughly using a bar spoon until well combined, Place the strainer on the glass and serve, Top up with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
MARGARITA
50ml Tequila
15ml Triple Sec / Orange Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 Lime Wedge
Salt
Ice
Fill the shaker with ice, Add the Tequila, Orange Liqueur and Lime Juice, Shake until chilled, Rim the glass with salt, Strain into your salted glass, Garnish with a Lime wedge and serve

Add all the ingredients to the shaker, Top up with ice, Shake vigorously for around 30 seconds till super chilled, Serve in your chosen cocktail glass, Garnish with a wedge of Pineapple
