Mojito Cocktail Recipe

• 50ml Light Rum
• 2 teaspoons Sugar
• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves (Keep one for garnish)
• Splash of Soda Water
• Ice
• 1 Lime cut in half

Simply place the Mint leaves, sugar and soda into the glass and muddle well to release the mint flavour and dissolve the sugar. Squeeze the juice from the lime into the mixture, dropping one half of the lime into the glass. Add your favourite light Rum, mix well. Add ice, another splash of soda and garnish with a sprig of Mint....sit back and enjoy! 

Classic Cuba Libre Cocktail Recipe

• 25ml/ 50ml of Dark Rum
• 2 Lime wedges
• Ice
• Cola

Fill the glass with ice, squeeze lime juice over the ice and pop the lime wedges in the glass, add a shot (25ml) or double shot (50ml) of your favourite dark rum, top with cola and gently stir....Simple and elegant it is so much more than a Rum and coke!
